Key Responsibilities
Purchasing Operations Support :
Assist with RFQs, price requests, and comparison of supplier quotations.
Prepare and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
Update purchasing records, databases, and tracking sheets.
Supplier Management Support :
Help identify new suppliers based on company needs.
Participate in basic supplier evaluation (price, quality, lead time).
Follow up with suppliers in case of delays or issues.
Stock & Internal Coordination :
Work with the warehouse/stock team to avoid shortages.
Collect and transmit purchase needs from various departments.
Support the reconciliation of deliveries with purchase orders.
Documentation & Reporting :
Record all purchasing-related documents (POs, invoices, delivery notes).
Assist in preparing weekly or monthly procurement reports.
Process Improvement Support :
Suggest simple ideas to reduce costs or improve procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Profil du poste
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience :
0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (internships or first job accepted).
Skills:
Fluent in english and french
Basic knowledge of purchasing processes.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Ability to work under deadlines and follow instructions.
