MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

1. Mission
Lead and supervise installation, commissioning and troubleshooting critical rotating and static equipment on mega EPC projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Supervise installation of pumps, compressors and gas turbines.
• Manage alignment (cold/hot), vibration analysis and performance testing.
• Coordinate heavy lifting operations (>250 tons).
• Interface with OEM representatives and EPC engineering teams.
• Supervise mechanical completion, punch list clearance and RFSU.
• Ensure full HSE compliance and zero LTI objective.

3. Profile & Experience Required
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years international Oil & Gas experience.
• At least 2 LNG or FPSO mega projects completed.
• Experience in Offshore Deepwater required.
• Fluent English mandatory.
4. Mandatory Safety & Offshore Certifications
• OPITO BOSIET (valid)
• HUET with CA-EBS
• Offshore Medical Certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
• Advanced H2S Training
• Working at Height
• Confined Space Entry
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory for supervision roles)
